For passionate IT professionals and cybersecurity enthusiasts, we have prepared a dedicated Pre-Conference Day in partnership with ALEM SISTEM, UNIT5, and CYBERFORTIS, leading cybersecurity companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.
How can organizations identify an attacker within their IT infrastructure and detect malicious activities before serious damage occurs?
Through this interactive workshop, participants will experience realistic cyberattack scenarios and the process of active threat detection (Threat Hunting) from both the attacker's and the security analyst's perspectives.
The workshop will feature two parallel tracks:
Red Team (Attacker Perspective)
Threat Hunting (Defender Perspective)
Together, these tracks will demonstrate how cyberattacks are executed and how security teams can detect, investigate, and respond to them effectively.
During the Red Team track, participants will explore various attack vectors, techniques, and tactics commonly used to compromise systems. Simultaneously, the Threat Hunting track will focus on analyzing security logs and leveraging SIEM platforms to identify Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), recognize suspicious behavioral patterns, and uncover potential threats.
The workshop's objective is to demonstrate how malicious activities can be proactively detected through security event analysis, data correlation, and the application of Threat Hunting methodologies, with special emphasis on linking attack techniques to the digital footprints they leave behind within IT environments.
Limited Availability
